Our Story

Dasrath Gupta

Founder

Dashrath Gupta’s life journey began with a humble job in Delhi. With determination and a keen interest in technology, he started his own venture in computer and laptop maintenance, gradually building a strong reputation in the field. Yet, deep down, his heart longed to do something more meaningful   something that would connect people to the spiritual essence of Vrindavan and help them experience peace and contentment.
In 2012, when Vrindavan had very few approved real estate projects and people struggled to find reliable options, Dashrath Ji took it upon himself to provide affordable and well-located plots and homes to those who wished to settle there. Though some of his early projects were not officially approved, his intentions were pure   to help people build a serene, spiritually fulfilling life in Vrindavan. As time passed, he noticed that several companies had deceived buyers and disappeared. Instead of stepping back, Dashrath Ji took a bold step   he acquired some of those companies and transformed them into trustworthy and successful ventures. During this phase, he met Raj Chaudhary, and together they envisioned “Tulyam”   a brand that beautifully blends luxury and spirituality, creating living spaces that nurture both comfort and consciousness.

It all began when Raj Chaudhary, a UPSC aspirant and student of Delhi University, was deeply inspired by the vibrant and luxurious lifestyle of the city. Amidst the fast-paced urban life, one thought kept crossing his mind  “Why can’t this level of comfort and elegance exist in Vrindavan too?Vrindavan, the sacred city where devotees from all over the world come to seek the divine blessings of Shri Banke Bihari Ji, deserved more than just spiritual peace. Raj envisioned a Vrindavan where devotion could coexist with modern luxury and comfort,  where people could live close to divinity without compromising on elegance.
During this journey, Raj met Dashrath Gupta, a like-minded visionary who instantly connected with his dream. Together, they nurtured a shared belief  that the divine experience of Vrindavan should be as graceful in living as it is in spirit. With Raj’s forward thinking education and Dashrath’s passion and support, the vision took shape. Thus was born Tulyam  a name that signifies balance, grace, and the union of tradition with modernity.
